Report a bug
The fastest way: from inside Cinema 4D. The report carries what we need to find the cause, your Cinema 4D version and graphics card included.
- Open the Shuaa Log window: Shuaa menu > Shuaa Log, or the Live Viewer's Show log button.
- Click Report and fill in the form: what you did, what you saw, and your email so we can answer.
- Tick Include the scene file only if you want to send the scene (up to 200 MB).
- Click Send Report. The Shuaa Log says when it has arrived, with its reference (SR-...).
No internet? Click Save Only and email the zip to shuaa-renderer@renderway.com.

When a fix for your report ships, the update log names its reference.
