Shuaa Renderer Beta 0.9.1
Free for everyone. Use it for any work, commercial work included, at your own risk: a Beta still misses features and can fail. Each Cinema 4D version has its own download.
This Beta may be used until 31 January 2027.
Picture Viewer renders, and images saved or sent to it from the Live Viewer, carry a small Shuaa Renderer watermark.
Install
- Close Cinema 4D.
- Extract the zip: right-click it, Extract All. Beside README.txt and MINIMUM-SPEC.txt it holds one folder, Shuaa Renderer.
- Copy the Shuaa Renderer folder into your Cinema 4D's plugins folder, for example
C:\Program Files\Maxon Cinema 4D 2026\plugins. Create the plugins folder if it is not there. Keep only one Shuaa Renderer folder there: delete an older one first (the Pre-Beta's included). - Start Cinema 4D. On the first start, and after an NVIDIA driver or Shuaa update, Shuaa prepares its GPU programs for your card: this takes a few minutes, once.
- Live Viewer: Shuaa menu > Shuaa Live Viewer. Picture Viewer: choose Shuaa Renderer as the renderer in Render Settings.
- Windows blocks Shuaa after the install? Right-click the zip, Properties, tick Unblock, OK. Then extract it again and repeat these steps.

Found a problem?
- In Cinema 4D, open the Shuaa Log from the Shuaa menu and click Report.
- Fill in the form. Tick Include the scene file only if you want to send the scene.
- Click Send Report. The Shuaa Log says when it has arrived.
